Brighten-up toner is a pH-balanced purifying facial toner that deeply cleanses pores by removing excess oil, impurities, and any remaining oils or make up after cleansing or exfoliating. This Toner is enriched with a brightening infusion of botanical and superfruit extracts such as green tea and gotu kola to impart a noticeably radiant skin.

How to Use;
After cleansing with Ruvies Foaming cleanser or soap, spray the mist to face and neck. Allow a minute for the toner to absorb into the skin, before applying Ruvies Green Gold Serum or revitalizing Elixir Serum or moisturizer. Repeat cleansing process twice daily.
